Ich bin ein totaler Fan von Curry. Das hat mehrere Gründe: 1. es schmeckt einfach immer, 2. man kann die Gewürze super variieren, 3. es geht relativ schnell und 4. man braucht nur einen Topf, also ist es wenig zum Abwaschen ;) </div>

Zubereitung:</h3>

Das Huhn, den Paprika, die Karotten, die Zwiebel, den Knoblauch und den Ingwer klein schneiden. In etwas Öl die Gewürze , den Zwiebel, Knoblauch und Ingwer kurz anbraten, danach das Fleisch dazugeben und ebenfalls kurz braten. Anschließend noch den Paprika und die Karotten dazugeben und mit der Hühnerbrühe aufgießen. Solange köcheln bis das Gemüse weich und das Fleisch durch ist. Mit dem Saucenbinder andicken.</div>

I love curry because of several reasons: 1st. it is always tasty, 2nd. you can vary the spices, 3rd. it is a fast dish and 4th. you only need one pot, so it is little to clean off ;)<br />
Curry is also great for the leftover. simply cut your leftover vegetables and meat, fry them make a sauce, and call it curry ... in my opinion it sounds much better than "stew".<br />
Here is my recipe for a spicy orange curry:<br />

Ingredients:</h3>
500g chicken<br />
1 onion<br />
1 clove of garlic<br />
1/2 yellow peppers<br />
1/2 red peppers<br />
2 carrots<br />
200ml chicken broth<br />
1EL turmeric<br />
1 tablespoon Tandori spice mixture<br />
1 tablespoon spicy Curry<br />
Ginger to taste<br />
Sauce thickener<br />

Preparation:</h3>
Chop the chicken, peppers, carrots, onion, garlic and ginger. In a little oil fry the spices, the onion, garlic and ginger, then add the meat and also fry briefly. Then add the peppers and the carrots and pour in the chicken broth. Let it simmer as long as the vegetables are soft and the meat ready. Add the sauce thickener.<br />
I had my curry with quinoa, but it rice would be great too. You can add some chickpeas to the curry.<br />

Den Spaghettikürbis halbieren (dazu braucht man an großes, scharfes Messer) die Kerne entfernen. </div>

Tip: leichter geht es, wenn man die Schale vom Kürbis mit einer Gabel einsticht und den Kürbis 3 min in die Mikrowelle gibt. </div>

Mit etwas Kokosöl einpinseln, Salzen und Pfeffern und bei 220° in den Backofen schieben. Der Kürbis braucht ca. 30-40min bis er weich ist, je nach Größe. </div>

Den Brokkoli in Salzwasser kochen.</div>

Die Hühnerbrust klein würfeln, salzen und Pfeffern. In etwas Kokosöl den gepressten Knoblauch und das Hühnerfleisch anbraten. Mit dem Mehl stäuben, mit der Milch aufgießen und gut umrühren, einköcheln lassen, bis eine cremige Sauce entsteht. Mit Salz, Pfeffer und Muskat würzen. Den gekochten Brokkoli dazugeben.</div>

Wenn der Kürbis weich ist mit einer Gabel auskratzen. So entstehen die Spaghetti. Die Sauce mit dem Brokkoli und Fleisch darüber verteilen, mit Cheddar bestreuen und überbacken.</div>

Cut the spaghetti squash into half (for this you will need a big, sharp knife). </div>

Tip: it is easier if you pick the pumpkin skin with with a fork and place the pumpkin in the microwave for 3 minutes.</div>

Sprinkle with some coconut oil, add salt and pepper and place at 220 ° in the oven. The pumpkin needs about 30-40min until it is soft, depending on the size.</div>

Irland ist eines meiner absoluten Lieblingsländern! Vor 2 Jahren habe ich mir einen Punk auf meiner bucket list erfüllt und bin mit meinem Freund quer durch Irland gereist - es war sicher eine der besten Zeiten meines Lebens bis jetzt! Ich würde es sofort wieder tun :) <br />In diesem Urlaub haben wir auch Shepherd's Pie gegessen, um ein wenig Irland-Fieber zurückzubringen habe ich einen low carb Shepherd's Pie gemacht. Zwiebel, Sellerie, Karotte in kleine Würfel schneiden. In einer Pfanne anrösten, 1 EL Tomatenmark und das Fleisch dazugeben. Mit der Rindsuppe aufgießen und ca 10min köcheln lassen (bis der Sellerie und die Karotte weich sind). Mit Salz, Pfeffer, Worcestershiresauce und Rosmarin würzen, mit Saucenbinder abbinden.</div>

Ireland is one of my most favorite countries in the world! Two years ago I cross out one point on my bucket list and traveled across Ireland with my boyfried - it was certainly one of the best times of my life so fare! I would do it again right away :)</div>

On this holiday we have also eaten Shepherd's Pie. To bring back a little Ireland fever I made a low carb shepherd's pie. This is a super practical dish, I completely prepared it the night before and put it in the oven the next day on which i war very busy. </div>

Preparation:</h3>

Cut the onion, celery, carrot into small cubes. Fry it in pan, add 1 tbsp of tomato paste and the meat. Add the beef stock and simmer about 10 minutes (until the celery and the carrot are soft). Season with salt, pepper, Worcestershiresauce and rosemary thicken with sauce thickener.</div>

Boil the cauliflower and mash until it becomes puree. Season with salt and nutmeg.</div>

Put the meat into a casserole, spread the cauliflower puree, that everything is covered.</div>

Bake in the oven for 20 minutes at 180 °. If you like you can cover with Cheddar before putting it into the oven (unfortunately I had none at home;) but I'll definitely add Cheddar next time!)</div>

It is very quiet on my blog at the moment ... but why?<br />
I have changed my job and now I work 40h/week in a rehabilitation center as a psychologist. This job is VERY VERY cool and i enjoy it a lot. And I am also doing an additional education which is on many weekends. Unfortunately, I do not have the time to cook, photographing or post anything...<br />

Heute hatte ich einen anstrengenden Tag in der Arbeit, zur Entspannung wollte ich ein neues Rezept ausprobieren. I love those Sunday where you have time to eat - no celebrate - breakfast. I haven't have Pancakes for a while but yesterday I really craved for it. Well, today is Sunday, I had nothing to do and I got some fresh berries and figs from my parents - the perfect topping :).<br />
I tried a new recipe, it tasted great :) had my pancakes with Tonka - yogurt.<br />

1 egg yolk<br />
1 banana<br />
3 tablespoons oatmeal<br />
1/4 tsp baking powder<br />
1/4 tsp baking soda<br />

Tonka yogurt<br />
100 g plain yoghurt<br />
1/2 tonka bean<br />
Sweetener of choice<br />

Preparation:</h3>
Mix the ingredients for the pancakes together. I used my smoothie maker, which worked great. Fry the pancakes in some coconut oil on a low heat.<br />
For the Tonka yogurt I have rubbed some tonka in plain yogurt and added a little sweetener.<br />

Ratatouille is a great summer recipe. It is also super to fill it in anything;) e.g. Zucchini. But you can also eat it with a bit grated parmesan. So here you have a simple quasi 2 in 1 recipe.<br />

Ingredients:</h3>
1 onion<br />
2 cloves of garlic<br />
1 zucchini<br />
1 aubergine<br />
2 peppers<br />
1 tin pieced tomatoes<br />
1 can of cherry tomatoes or fresh cherry tomatoes<br />
Salt, pepper, thyme, rosemary<br />
<br />
2 zucchini for filling, if you want 1 mozzarella to bake<br />

Preparation:</h3>
Cut the vegetables for ratatouille into small cubes. Fry the onion and peppers in a pan. Add the rest of the vegetables and fry everything. Add the canned tomatoes including juice and leave to simmer until all the vegetables are soft. Season with salt, pepper, thyme and rosemary.<br />
<br />
Scoop out the zucchini and fill the Ratatouille. Top with mozzarella and bake in oven about 15 minutes.<br />

Zubereitung:</h3>
Zwiebel und Knoblauch fein schneiden, in etwas Öl andünsten, Spinat hinzufügen, mit Gemüsesuppe aufgießen und dünsten lassen und mit Salz und Pfeffer abschmecken.<br>

Die Zutaten für die Omeletten zu einem glatten Teig verrühren. Etwas Öl in eine Pfanne geben, soviel Teig darin verteilen, dass der Boden der Pfanne dünn bedeckt ist. Die Omeletten auf beiden Seiten goldbraun backen.<br>Den Spinat und Käse darauf verteilen und einrollen. Wer mag kann noch etwas Parmesan darauf verteilen.</div>

Den Ofen auf 180° Heißluft vorheizen.</div>

Die trockenen Zutaten in einer Schüssel miteinander vermischen. In einer zweiten Schüssel die geriebenen Karotten, das Joghurt und das Öl miteinander verrühren. Langsam die Inhalte der beiden Schüsseln miteinander verrühren, dabei keinen Mixer verwenden! In eine eingefettete Backform füllen und ca. 30-35min backen.</div>

Frühling ist Rhabarber-Zeit. Auch Rhabarber ist super gesund, er hat viele wichtige Vitamine und Mineralstoffe, er is reich an Eisen, Kalium, Magnesium, Vitamin C und Vitamin K. Zubereitung:</h3>
Die Enden der Rhabarberstangen abschneiden, schälen und in grobe Stücke schneiden. In einen Topf soviel Wasser füllen, dass die Stücke bedeckt sind. Saft einer Zitrone und die Gewürze dazugeben und alles 5 Minuten leicht köcheln lassen bis der Rhabarber weich ist. In der Zwischenzeit die Erdbeeren in Stücke schneiden, zum weichen Rhabarber geben und alles nochmal 2-3 Minuten ziehen lassen. Nach belieben süßen. Wenn man es noch heiß in Gläser füllt, dann ist es im Kühlschrank gut haltbar. Cut of the end of the rhubarb sticks, peel and it cut into large pieces. Fill as much water it a pot that the pieces are covered. Add lemon juice and spices and simmer 5 minutes till the rhubarb is soft. In the meantime cut the strawberries into pieces, add them to the soft rhubarb and let it all draw 2-3 minutes. After this add sweetener of choice and tast. Fills it still hot in glasses, it keeps well in the refrigerator for several days. Spargel ist super :) er ist sehr gesund, hat kaum Kalorien und man kann ihn sehr vielfältig zubereite. Man kann ihn auch roh essen, den grünen knabbere ich gerne abends vor dem Fernseher. Den weißen muss man schälen, aber auch aus den Abschnitten und Schalen kann man noch etwas gutes kochen. Gestern bin ich spontan auf die Idee gekommen diese Spargelessenz zu kochen.</div>

You can eat it raw - i like to nibble the green one in the evening while watching television. You have to peel the white one peelings and the asparagus waste you can cook something good. Noodles are always tasty =) but I must admit that I eat them very rare. I like the alternative Zoodles (Noodles made of Zucchini) also very much - as long as the sauce is good. And don't have to be always tomato or bolognese. Here is a recipe for a sauce with shrimp.<br />

Die getrockneten Äpfel und Walnüsse grob schneiden und mit den Haferflocken, Haferkleie und Haselnüssen vermischen.<br />

Zuerst den Apfel entkernen.</div>

Die Walnüsse grob hacken, die Datteln schneiden. Haselnüsse, Datteln, Walnüsse, Rum, Zimt und Kardamom mischen und den Apfel damit füllen. Den Apfel bei 180 Grad ca. 15min backen lassen. Dann den Honig auf dem Apfel verteilen und nochmal ca. 10 min backen lassen, bis er weich ist. </div>

There are mainly 2 reasons why i did not post anything for some time: 1. I have a new job which makes me really happy, but it is also a bit time-consuming.... especially now at the beginning. 2. I was sick and i lost my sense of taste for about 14 days. This made it impossible to create new recipes and try out recipes. Now I am back with a recipe which fitts perfectly in this pre-christmas time: a baked apple.</div>

First, core the apple.<br />

I especially liked the baked apples with ice cream or custard.<br />

.... and again: a pumpkin recipe ... ok ... now is enough ... or maybe not? :) But honestly I could eat it really DAILY :) and my boyfriend and I really enjoyed this recipe so I want to share it. Alternatively, I could imagine it with sweet potatoes as well .... I would have to try it one day :) But perhaps anyone of you is faster.</div>

Preparation:</h3>
Grate the pumpkin fine, add the eggs, the flour, the pressed garlic and the spices. Put some oil in a pan, form a flat pancakes put a piece of cheese on it and cover it with the pumpkin. Bake it on low heat till both sides are golden.<br />

Zubereitung:</h3>
Die Gelatine Blätter in kaltem Wasser einweichen. Die Buttermilch nach belieben süßen. Die Zitrone auspressen und mit Wasser erhitzen (es sollte nicht kochen), die Gelatine darin auflösen und unter die Buttermilch rühren, in Gläser füllen und in den Kühlschrank stellen.<br />

Für den Beerenspiegel Beeren nach Wahl (ich habe Tiefkühlbeeren genommen) kurz erhitzen und zermatschen. Auf das harte Gelee gießen. Natürlich kann man es mit Obstmus aller Art oder auch mit frischen Früchten garnieren. </div>

Yes, autumn is my favorite season, but I also always think back fondly on the summer. Ever when it rains several days in succession or is foggy. During the summer I get most easily by food home, as in this case: a summery buttermilk jelly with berry mirror.</div>

Soak the gelatine leaves in cold water. Sweeten the buttermilk to your taste. Squeeze the lemon and heat it with water (it should not boil), dissolve the gelatine in it and stir into the buttermilk, fill into jars and refrigerate.</div>

For the berry mirror use berries of your choice (I took frozen berries) heat them briefly and mash them. Pour it on the hard jelly. Of course you can garnish it with any fruit puree or with fresh fruits. </div>
