There are mainly 2 reasons why i did not post anything for some time: 1. I have a new job which makes me really happy, but it is also a bit time-consuming.... especially now at the beginning. 2. I was sick and i lost my sense of taste for about 14 days. This made it impossible to create new recipes and try out recipes. Now I am back with a recipe which fitts perfectly in this pre-christmas time: a baked apple.

Ingredients for one person:

1 apple
1 tbsp grated hazelnuts
2 dates
2 walnuts
1 tbsp Rum
1 tsp honey
Cinnamon, cardamon

Preparation:

First, core the apple.
Chop the walnuts coarsely, cut the dates. Mix hazelnuts, dates, walnuts, rum, cinnamon and cardamom and fill the apples. Bake the apple for about 15 minutes at 180 degrees. Then spread the honey on the apple and bake it again for about 10 minutes until it is soft.
I especially liked the baked apples with ice cream or custard.

.... and again: a pumpkin recipe ... ok ... now is enough ... or maybe not? :) But honestly I could eat it really DAILY :) and my boyfriend and I really enjoyed this recipe so I want to share it. Buttermilchgelee / Buttermilk Jelly

Yes, autumn is my favorite season, but I also always think back fondly on the summer. Ever when it rains several days in succession or is foggy. During the summer I get most easily by food home, as in this case: a summery buttermilk jelly with berry mirror.

Ingredients:

500ml buttermilk
6 sheets of gelatine
2 tablespoons water
1 lemon
Sweetener of your choice and taste

Preparation:

Soak the gelatine leaves in cold water. Sweeten the buttermilk to your taste. Squeeze the lemon and heat it with water (it should not boil), dissolve the gelatine in it and stir into the buttermilk, fill into jars and refrigerate.
For the berry mirror use berries of your choice (I took frozen berries) heat them briefly and mash them. Pour it on the hard jelly. Of course you can garnish it with any fruit puree or with fresh fruits.
