|Ratatouille mit Parmesan|
2 cloves of garlic
1 tin pieced tomatoes
1 can of cherry tomatoes or fresh cherry tomatoes
Salt, pepper, thyme, rosemary
2 zucchini for filling, if you want 1 mozzarella to bake
Preparation:Cut the vegetables for ratatouille into small cubes. Fry the onion and peppers in a pan. Add the rest of the vegetables and fry everything. Add the canned tomatoes including juice and leave to simmer until all the vegetables are soft. Season with salt, pepper, thyme and rosemary.
Scoop out the zucchini and fill the Ratatouille. Top with mozzarella and bake in oven about 15 minutes.
