I am often not at home during the day and therefore i had to have breakfast, snack, lunch,...somewhere else. I don't want to buy my food at the bakery or in a shop every time, so mostly I'm taking something with me. Then I always know what I eat (did you know, for example, that most banana chips you can buy are sweetened and fried?) and I can also always prepare what i want, but above all I can vary and relevant to my setting of the diet. I have collected a few ideas and put the links and descriptions under the photos. Perhaps you'll find something that you want to copy.
