Oatmeal 2 go

Warum sollte man Hafer essen?

Perhaps you have the same problem like me, namly that you don't have enough time to enjoy a healthy breakfast.   I have a great tip for you: my "Oatmeal 2 go".  They are made super fast and keep in a box 2-3 days (then were all eaten up :))

Ingredients for about 10 pieces

2.5 cups of oatmeal
1 cup plain yogurt
2 eggs
some honey
2 teaspoons baking powder
2 teaspoons of flaxseed
1 teaspoon vanilla
2 ripe bananas

Preparation:

Mash the 2 banana and mix all ingredients together. Bake in a muffin tins at 200 °  about 20 minutes. If you like you can also mix raisins, nuts or dried fruits into the dough.

Why should you eat oats?

About oats I could spend hours talking / writing, because it is a real "super food". There is virtually nothing healthier than oats for breakfast.
Even a small amounts of oats provides a lot of vitality and nutrients:
Biotin promotes healthy nails, hair and skin.
Vitamin B1 and B6: no other grains, providing more B1 than oats. B1 and B6 are called "nerve vitamins" and cares for a balanced psyche. A lack of B1 and 6 can lead to sleep problems and fatigue. B6 also takes care of the serotonin production and is involved in the formation of hemoglobin.
In addition, oats contains a lot of iron, magnesium, silicon and fiber.
