Warum sollte man Brokkoli essen?
Ingredients for 2 people:1 broccoli (about 500g)
1 orange bell pepper
a few tomatoes
Honey-lemon dressing:50g yogurt (for vegan use soya yoghurt)
3 tablespoons olive oil
2 tablespoons lemon juice
1 tsp mustard
1 tsp honey
1 clove of garlic
Preparation:Peel the broccoli stalk, cook the whole broccoli until it is al dente. Cut the tomato and peppers.
Cut garlic for the dressing and mix it with the other ingredients. Arrange all ingredients together and crumble feta on it. The recipe it is also very easy to make vegan. Simply replace yoghurt with soy yogurt and omit the feta.
