I leaned about myself that I have much more energy when I have a warm breakfast. If time is short, or I am at working or at university, then I normally have Oatmeal/Porridge for breakfast. But if I had more time and am at home, I'm making pancakes or Ovenbaked Oats. Again, there is the basic recipe and some possible modifications under the photos.
Ingredients for one serving:30g oatmeal
70ml milk of choice
½ teaspoon of baking soda
(if you like a little sweetener)
